ABOUT ME
I am a user experience practitioner with experience working in industries ranging from technology to retail to healthcare, most recently going deep in B2B SaaS and agentic solutions.
I have a passion for solving complex problems and experimenting. I am particularly interested in user research, information architecture and systems thinking. I take an empathetic human approach to understanding the job at hand, and a technology-forward approach to getting the job done.
I am a lifelong student always eager to try new skills, techniques, and tools. Today that looks like prompt-engineering combined with traditional design to rapidly prototype, learn, build, and repeat. My background is graphic design and I stay anchored to those fundamental principles throughout the rapidly evolving UX landscape. I'm also a mentor who loves helping others succeed. Collaborative design is the best design.
When I'm not working, I am likely playing board games and spending time with my family. I am a (very) amateur potter and can also be found playing with dirt.

Completed 90 hours of training and 15 exams to earn my UX Master Certification through Nielsen Norman Group, world leader in research-based user experience. I received specialty recognition for Interaction Design and UX Management.
Graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Art's degree in Mass Communications, specializing in Digital Strategy. Completed a capstone project where our team competed against other senior graduate student teams to create a strategy, brand, and website for a real client — our project was selected by the client.
Graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Honors Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design with a concentration in Brand Identity & Mass Media. I also completed a minor in Rhetoric & Professional Writing.

Leadership council for Families@HubSpot, one of the company's core employee resource groups focusing on serving and supporting working parents.
Committee member, serving people struggling with basic needs. Recent projects include: Colorado Coalition for the Homeless and Youth on Record.
Served as Committee President and spearheaded 2 events that raised collectively over $130,000 for the American Cancer Society. I have also held positions with sponsorship, survivorship, team recruitment, and event planning at both Longwood University and Old Dominion University, captaining two Platinum-Level Teams.
